Are you interested in being part of our digital success? Ericsson has identified 10 digital capabilities which will significantly enhance our customers’ experience and our end to end flow efficiency. For each digital capability, we are establishing dedicated cross-functional teams – known as Lighthouses – which will work in an agile, iterative way to develop and deploy new capabilities using a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach. We are committed to scaling, building, and industrializing these capabilities across the Ericsson organization. Each Lighthouse will lead the way to make us easier to deal with as well as more transparent and efficient when serving our customers.

We are looking for strongly determined and passionate individual to lead the Enablement function within the Digital Transformation Office. The enablement function provides the Lighthouses with:
Digital Architecture: EF provides LHs an overall Digital Architecture that solutions need to be aligned to (short and long term)
Ways of Working with IT: EF establishes ways for the LHs to interact with IT. (call off, resourcing, development wow, budgets)
Analysis, prioritization and funding for Enablement needs: EF provides LHs an overall assessment and prioritization of enablers and secures funding and execution of them.

The Individual needs a mix of Enterprise Architecture & Program management skills, to leverage diverse and cross-functional teams to support the Lighthouse Managers in tehir execution.
The role is based in Sweden working under the direction of the Head of Digital Transformation Office 
Product Owner basic qualifications:
University degree/ MBA in Business or Engineering/ ICT
Proven track record of strong execution and delivering results in complex projects/ programs
Experienced in customer and stakeholder management in complex and diverse business environment
Product Owner preferred qualifications:
Good understanding of Enterprise architecture & program Management
Extensive knowledge of Ericsson organization and ways of working
Experience in Agile ways of working
