As the Oatly Group and it´s business keeps growing, we are now looking for a senior person to join our Group Finance Team and take on the responsibilities as Head of Group Tax. The right candidate will have the opportunity to further develop the tax function, including frameworks, processes, and governance structure. WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

You will be responsible for the Group Tax function, maintaining and further developing a strategic and agile function for overseeing and managing all tax-related matters in a fast-moving global environment.

Main responsibilities will include;

Developing and implementing framework and processes to manage and control risks in all tax matters

Maintaining the Group Tax policy,

Continuously developing the Group Transfer Pricing policy,

Driving group-wide tax projects such as Country-by-Country reporting,

Analyzing tax structure, capital allocation and interest deductibility,

Being the contact person towards management, board of directors and investors in relation to tax matters,

Overseeing and managing the Group’s legal structure, supporting business in setting up new legal entities,

Maintaining and improving the structure for tax reporting and accounting,

Overseeing and managing Tax internal control (SOX) processes and controls,

Supporting local finance departments in both direct and indirect tax related matters, such as tax audits, tax returns and compliance,

Supporting Global HR function on tax matters relating to our long-term incentive program,

Managing the Group’s tax position, including analysis of tax rate reconciliations, tax assets and liabilities,

Being main point of contact with external tax advisors.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE

You have a university degree in Law or Finance and extensive experience from working with tax in a global setting. You have worked within a tax function in a global company, and experience as a tax consultant with one of the Big 4 accounting & consulting firms is seen as an advantage.

To succeed in the role, you enjoy working in a fast-moving organization where there are constant changes, and high focus on continuous improvements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, together with attention to detail, a proactive and structured approach, will make you successful in this role.

Since you will be working with different cultures in a global context, both internal and external, you need to have strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
