Vi ingår också i ett globalt nätverk som bygger mobila multimediatjänster under namnet 3. As the Head of IT Operations you are responsible for maintenance of Business Support Systems, Internal IT, Hardware and our data centre Spånga. You report to the CTO and have both the tactical and strategic responsibility to develop and run the department. As part of the role you will have relations with internal customers, your stakeholders, and external vendors. Your main objective is to secure uptime and to provide the user and end customers with stable and functioning systems. The role covers the following: * Responsible for the IT Operations organisation, overall responsibility for process, resources, budget and strategies involved in developing the organisation * Developing and managing Technical Roadmaps for the IT Systems and platforms * Managing Stakeholder and vendor relationships * Reporting, guiding and advising the organisation in matters relating to IT maintenance * Liaise with Hutchison global initiatives within the IT domain Required skills & experience of: * The mobile telecommunication business in general * Leadership of larger organisations, with necessary people skills * Experience of system operations and maintenance * 3 IT Architecture, or equivalent * The 3 Infrastructure, or equivalent, such as network, servers and databases. * Experience and technical understanding of system development within mobile networks * MSc or BSc degree in telecommunications, computer science or software engineering * Minimum ten years of relevant work experience * Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken Leadership skills * A strategic leader, with an operational mind * Outcome and business oriented, with a customer focus * A proven partner in building capability, and successful long term relationships * Committed to continual innovation and improvement
