Head of legal affairs

To our head office in Stockholm we now need a person to head our legal affairs.Your work will focus on the companies various legal matters.The position entails providing advice mainly on corporate, labor, contractual and compliance law issues.Extended knowledge in company law and in IPO is meriting.You will report directly to our CEO.PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - 3-5 years of legal experience from a law firm or from a corporate legal department - Broad legal experience with focus on corporate law - Excellent communication and good negotiations skills - Proficiency in English, additional language skills are a merit.- Experience from working in a publicly noted company or having taken part in such a process is meriting.
