THE ROLE - WHAT WE NEED

As the Head of Marketing, you will define, take ownership and drive the overall Marketing strategy at Yabie. You will be in charge of our marketing team, our brand building, oversee and execute highly effective campaigns and focus on programs and partnerships that are in line with our brand and growth.

Since Yabie is changing the Payment industry and the way of distributing Point of Sales solutions to our customers, the Head of Marketing will need to be innovative and bold. We need to be where our future customers are, preferably before they know that they need us.

In short you will:

- Define, develop and grow our marketing team going forward - who we should hire and how we should operate
- Drive the direction and development of the Yabie Brand, as well as the Marketing strategy and plans together with the marketing team
- You be in charge of create and follow up on relevant KPIs, structures and processes to be able to transform och drive digital growth
- Work closely with the organization to be able to set cross-functional strategies and plans that accelerates the business forward
- Work especially close with the Commercial team to drive growth and lead generating activities; both regarding our direct and indirect sales approach
- Maintain a data driven approach in order to track the performance of your activities out on the field
- Develop strategic points of view on best practices and competitive insights in all projects that we launch


EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS - WHO YOU ARE

- 5+ years experience in marketing, preferably in other scale-ups and/or tech companies
- Bachelor or master degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Proven track record of converting high-level business and marketing strategy into tangible, effective marketing execution across channels
- An end-to-end experience of the marketing process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving approach and customer-centric thinking
- Fintech and/or Point-of-Sales experience is a plus as well as experience from working with SaaS B2B marketing
