As the Head of Network Program Office (NPO) you will;
Lead a team of approximately 70 people responsible for the end to end flow orchestration, capability management framework, DU Level Program execution, and Network Release and Maintenance strategies.
Be owner for the R&D Program blue-print. Securing continuous evolvement of our operative structure to meet the customer and product needs while enabling R&D to continue to work with “one Voice”.
Collaborate closely with your DNEW LT peers, Product Area Networks (PAN) and other units in BNEW – Sourcing, Supply, Services, People, Finance and Strategy, securing a true e2e flow as One Ericsson from idea to volume deployment. You will also be working closely with our market areas and customer units as well as Ericsson’s lead customers, supporting that our e2e flow is executed in a customer centric, data driven and DevOps manner.
Develop, manage and execute the global site strategy in line with the overall DNEW site strategy. This also includes ensuring the overall competence, resource strategy, leadership and viability of the site including partners.
Lead and initiate improvements and change across DNEW, and in collaboration with colleagues across Networks as well as in other BA/MA.

To be successful in this role You;
Have solid experience as a senior leader with a track record of leading complex projects. You have a passion for project management and especially flow execution & optimization and a solid knowledge of R&D processes and experience in leading change into these processes.
Thrive through your outstanding communication skills. . You practice transparency, listening and inspire people with empathy and humanness with significant cultural awareness.
Practice financial and critical thinking with an analytical, structured and result oriented approach. You are accurate and to the point, stand steady and work through issues with people and teams in a structured manner.
