Head of Network & Telecom for Global Information Services

Husqvarna is searching for a Head of Network & Telecom to lead the Network & Telecom (N&T) team within Global Information Services (GIS).The N&T team is responsible for network and communication operations within Husqvarna.This includes design and operation of network and communication services with heightened focus on IP-telephony.The team monitors and controls network and communication operations both proactively and according to service levels.

The Head of Network & Telecom has an important impact on the future of GIS by being globally responsible for GIS delivery of network and telecom operations.The Head of Network & Telecom works as an IT Operations Manager with an overall responsibility delivery and availability of Network & Telecommunications IT services globally.This includes day to day management of 3rd party suppliers, tier 2 and tier 3 problem escalation, problem resolution and preventive maintenance for network and telecommunication in the live environment.The Head of Network & Telecom reports to the Head of Delivery Competence Center within the IT Operations organization.The position will be placed in Huskvarna, Sweden.
In full operations you can expect to be in control of 3-5 staff and a service delivered to some 15000 users world wide.

Qualifications
.Up-to-date CCNP (required)
.Specialized in Cisco's IP telephony.(required)
.Strong relationship management experience working with 3rd party network and telecommunications suppliers.
.Experience in leading people across geographies
.Solid experience from working with Network and Telecommunications, including WAN, LAN and IP telephony, services and equipment in large corporation.
.+5 yrs of experience of increasing responsibility in a management position for a Network or Telecommunications organization
.Internet, Intranet and DMZ experience.
.Network optimization and security exposure.
.Understanding of relevant service management frameworks, such as ITIL and COBIT.
.University degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or related discipline
.Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills
.Fluent in English
