Role Responsibilities:



Spearhead the scalability of our white-label payments platform to position RoomRaccoon as the premier choice in hotel management systems.

Oversee relationships with our payment infrastructure partners.

Lead and nurture the Payments team.

Continuously enhance knowledge of payment mechanisms and stay ahead of market trends.

Strategically advise the Senior Leadership Team on our payment roadmap in line with growth objectives.



Candidate Profile:





Prior experience in a Leadership role.
Demonstrable success in revenue growth in fast-scaling environments.

Experience leading remote teams and navigating international payment compliance.

Exceptional English communication skills.

Detail-oriented, analytical, efficient, curious, proactive, and organized.
