Do you want to lead the development of Swedbank’s future payments solutions?

Analyze new trends and customer needs related to payments and related offerings.
Test and develop new concepts in the aforementioned areas together with other product teams and representatives from C&I (Corporate & Institutions) and Swedish Banking.
Develop your leadership as a coach for a team of experienced employees with high ambitions.
Build a broad network within the bank but also in the market at large as the role enables/requires contact with many different actors and competencies.
In this role, you will need: A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in Business or Engineering
Solid experience driving development at the intersection of business and IT.
Curiosity and business acumen to quickly interpret new market trends and translate them into concrete ambitions.
Advantageous if you have a good understanding of Swedbank's operations and a broad network.
Knowledge related to payment solutions and related offerings, both current and future solutions.
Leadership experience and understanding of what it takes to build high-performing teams.
