Head of Projects & Planning

Your role

You will play a major role in setting and containing an efficient way of working, where continuous improvements are a natural part in every day work. You will lead your team to improved performance and fulfilment of strategic activities as well as shaping the culture. You will also be a member of the Sourcing and Production Management team.

Main tasks:

* Empower and lead your employees through value driven leadership
* Accountability for all activities within your area, meaning project planning, delivery on time and internal and external relations
* Responsible for cost center budget and result
* Responsible for optimization and development of processes, methods and tools related to your area of responsibility.



Your profile

We are looking for a person who has verified experience from the Projects and Planning domain. You have a solid understanding of economical correlations, the ability to focus on keeping delivery times and you strive to achieve top quality.

We believe that you have:

* Examina from University or M.Sc.
* >2 year experience from a management or project manager in a technical complex environment
* Strong business understanding, customer focus and skills to combine strategic thinking with operational actions
* Very good skills in written and spoken Swedish and English

You are result oriented with perseverance and have a strong ability and willingness to lead. You encourage an open, trustful and innovative climate in your organization as well as in cooperation with other functions.



This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
