What we offer
The Revenue Management Team is a business-driven function within Volvo Cars Service Business responsible for a wide range of tasks, including price strategies, performing competitive benchmarks and global price analysis within the service business. We are on an exciting transformation journey and are looking for an experienced leader with strong revenue management experience to join the team! 
We can offer you an exciting job where you will be a key player within the Volvo Car Service Business and work cross-functionally with other central departments, Regions and National Sales Companies around the world. 

What you’ll do!
As Head of Revenue Management, you will manage and drive the Global Service Business pricing strategy to boost financial impact and strengthen operational capabilities within the service business to drive sustainable growth. This means to:
•    Set the global pricing strategy for revenue and margin optimization – balancing current and new business such as online sales and subscription
•    Design the organization with resources, mandate and capabilities to drive Revenue Growth together with Regions and Markets.
•    Develop new price setting methodology by leveraging analytics and automation to enhance value pricing strategies. 
•    Improve product data quality and enable data driven insights.
•    Develop processes and implement new ways of working with focus on increased efficiency and workflow.
•    Price list update and price target setting together with Finance/Regions

You will work closely with the leadership within Volvo Cars Service Business but also with our three regions and other stakeholders within Volvo Car Group in order to optimize the synergies. 

Who you are
We are looking for a senior and experienced leader with a solid track record of driving Revenue Management and Pricing Strategies in an international context.
•    M.Sc. in Business or Engineering 
•    Senior experience of Revenue Management.
•    Experience from Data Management and Change Management as well as Leadership experience.
•    International experience from automotive aftersales business is meriting. 
•    Fluent in English (verbal and written)

You have a strong business acumen and strategic mindset, ability to balance current, tomorrow’s and future business needs. Change management excellence will be important as we are on an exciting transformation of the company.  
Entrepreneurial mind-set and being a self-starter will be necessary qualities to inhabit. 
You also need to have a high drive to deliver, so a doer mentality in combination with a “can-do-attitude” will be important. You have strong presentation and communication skills, enjoy interacting with people and understand that collaboration will be key to get things done. 
You have a sincere believe in the power of creating a “bring out the best” culture and take pride in success achieved by teamwork. 
The position is based in Gothenburg with global responsibility. The position will require travel on an ad hoc basis.
