About this opportunity
The Head of SAR Business Operations is responsible for continually developing and aligning repair delivery strategy, coordinating strategy execution, for establishing, maintaining and evolving the necessary operational excellence frameworks, for driving business excellence, the services culture, and the communication activities required to support all of the above.
What you will do
Consolidate and articulate overall unit’s strategy using functional strategies, including periodic reviews and strategy execution
Implement EGMS requirements in the units including core documentation, and management reporting for the unit.
The function secures adherence to EGMS requirements, conducts/facilitate internal and/or external assessments
Responsible for information security management for the unit including Business Continuity Management framework.
Implement and support process efficiency framework, determine areas of process improvement and automation.
Risk management including risk assessments, risk evaluation, driving risk treatment plans, and periodic reviews as per Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
Consolidate, provide cost center forecasts for business planning including reviews and governance
Drives and/or supports improvement programs focused on quality
Management reports
You will bring
Well-developed Leadership skills, influencing and leading by example. Self-motivated and works well under pressure.
Good knowledge and understanding of hardware services delivery processes, financial and delivery models.
Excellent communication skills and a highly developed capability to engage with people to anchor ideas and proposals, ability to communicate effectively on an executive level, both internally and externally.
Well-developed skills in Interpersonal communication and ability to communicate effectively on an executive level, both internally and externally.
Business and financial awareness to ensure understanding of the implications that various courses of action will have on costs.
Good understanding of Ericsson Group Management System and its components, Ericsson Group Directives, Policies, and Organizations.
Preferably good understanding of ISO Standards, Assessment processes, and prior experience of conducting/facilitating internal assessments
