Head of Security Infrastructure to SSP

Team & role
The team that you will be responsible for consists of three people located in Finland and France, two of them are more focused on infrastructure and the third more on security, which is why we would like you to also have your weight towards security.
The role is broad, and the focus will be on implementing NIST and SDWAN, creating a common standard for those parts of the infrastructure to build the continental European infrastructure. The role has both hands-on and strategic parts in it.
Examples of activities:
Support level 3 for infra & security
Maintain infrastructure, asset inventory and plan upgrades.
Implement monitoring tool for local team.
Support solution team for project implementation
Manage Intune and AD
Manage security incidents.
Development, standardization, and continuous improvement
Make sure all our systems are compliant with our security standards.
Manage our SOC provider.
Continues improvement of our IT security

You will be part of the management team and report to the Regional Digital and Technology Director. You will work closely with the Global Head of Infrastructure and the Head of IT Security. Some travel is expected in this position—estimate: 2-5 days/month.
About you
We believe that this is the next step in your career and have:
A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+, CISSP Certification
3-5 years of experience within IT security and infrastructure
Experience from infrastructure design
Relevant education background, for example, IT security
Strong communication skills in English. French is a big plus.
Highly creditable with experience from NIST
Experience to lead a Team.
