What you’ll do!
In the future business environment, we move towards a service and subscription economy supported by digital development. This transformation sets new requirements on how we do business and interact with our customers and also puts pressure on the competition, therefore we need to co-develop and find new ways of doing business, i.e. online and direct sales. 
Volvo Cars Global Sales purpose is to secure profitable growth and sales performance globally while transforming wholesale into direct-to-consumer. We are looking for an experience leader to take responsibility for our spare parts sales team. Securing profitability and growth of our global spare part business including optimization of business models, channel strategies, partners and a future proof product assortment. 
The team will be the voice towards the regions and markets to secure profitable part sales, understand the competitive situation, to identify the need of further development and enhancement of products with the overall purpose to drive growth and penetration of sales whilst transforming into a direct business model with premium customer satisfaction. 

You and your skills
We are looking for an experienced leader with market and automotive aftersales knowledge from senior leadership positions. You have a solid experience from leading P&L organizations and driving transformation in a fast-changing environment. 
We believe you have a high strategic mind-set, strong track record of building and leading effective teams and have a strong passion for business and digitalization. You are a strong relationship builder with the ability to work and collaborate with various stakeholders. You have a sincere believe in the power of creating a “bring out the best” culture and take pride in success achieved by cross-functional teamwork.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance or other relevant area. You are fluent in spoken and written English and have excellent verbal & writing skills. You have good knowledge in MS Office and can present complicated issues in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to think and act outside the norm, a strong business acumen, strategic and entrepreneurial mind-set and driving change will be important qualities to inhabit. 
The position is based in Gothenburg with global responsibility.
