Head of Tech Recruitment

As Head of Tech Recruitment you will be responsible for recruitment of developers to our network of private entrepreneurs throughout Europe and matching them on client assignments.
You will have responsibility for leading and building the tech recruitment organization in different countries.
Your main duties will be:
Leading the team - Assist the delivery team on a daily basis, leading stand-ups etc.
Recruitment - Find, attract and sign the best developers in the market.
Recruitment process - Responsible for our onboarding process including sending information, tests, interviews, follow up, etc.
Matching assignments - Match the right developer with the right assignment.
Follow up and guidance - Continuously communicate with our consultants regarding status and availability. Guide them on practical issues and help them improve the quality of their consultant profiles.
System admin - Handle our consultants with updates etc. in our CRM-system.
Business Development – working to improve the brand and business model together with the management team in Sweden.



You know the IT consulting industry well and are familiar with the Ukrainian tech community. You have a large network of relevant people and know where to find the best developers.
The main part of our delivery organization and network of developers are from Ukraine. You need to be fluent in Ukrainian and English.
