Head of technology - Rebtel

The role

REBTEL is looking for a skilled head of technology You will maintain and develop the Rebtle backend, serving more than 1 million customers worldwide. You will be in charge of running the modernisation process of Rebtel backend, keeping the most elevate standards.

 

Key Responsibilities 


Leads the backend engineering team

Keeps the development and the deliveries up to speed in close collaboration with product.

Recruits great developers for the team

Sets the culture and enhance cooperation with other teams

Responsible for all technical aspects of the Rebtel Apps for both Android and iOS and the Rebtel Web



 

Qualifications


5+ years of experience working with modern development practices

previous experience in similar roles and industry

Secure experience in software development and still enjoy to code.

Experience in working with cloud including AZURE and AWS

Previous experience with . net and vue

Proven track record of building and running high-performance teams is a plus
