Their services are carried out by highly skilled SEO experts, online marketers, tech developers, and editors. They have offices in eight countries and their talented teams consist of people from different exciting countries and backgrounds. Since the start in 2004, they have grown to approximately 250 employees and are steadily continuing to grow, now looking for a Head of Usability & Design. Individual salaries. The Job You will be in charge of usability, design and structure in website building projects. It will be your responsability to make sure the user navigates in a desired way that will generate many leads for the end client, which is the objective. You have knowledge of human cognition and pride yourself in creating business-related results through and with your team. You are expected to create wireframes and thorough process flows that will form a base for interactive and design related work. You are also expected to perform usability testing procedures making sure your solutions work as desired. You will work with the whole process - from initial planning, conceptualizing and strategizing, to hands on design work. Last but not least, this is a leader role in which you are expected to lead the rest of the design team towards top usability/design/conversion results.
