About this opportunity
Do you have a passion for driving and improving learning & development needs for Salesforce, identify learning gaps and implement learning processes to meet our business targets and company expectations?
Excellent! We are now looking for a creative professional expert in learning and development, to join Ericsson’s Group Sales organization in Sweden.

What you will do
Analyze performance and competence gaps, and learning needs
Design, develop and implement learning program and solutions
Evaluate learning solutions impact
Improve learning practices, e.g. processes, working ways, methods, tools
Drive high impact learning culture



You will bring
Passion for improvement of learning and development
Strong leadership track record
Experience from learning and development within Sales area
Deep understanding and experience of employee journey
Excellent skills in building strong relationship within and outside the unit
Good knowledge of Ericsson organization
