IKEA Industry is dedicated to offer co-workers a heathy and safety work environment. This is part of our journey towards a strong safety culture. Part of this work is focusing on a healthy workplace and more specifically on developing production from an ergonomic point of view. We are now looking for a Global Process Leader within health and safety to further strengthen our sustainability team with special focus on ergonomics.
Your main responsibilities:
Lead the development of our ergonomic agenda
Coach a matrix team of local specialists in health and safety. Engage the matrix team development, training and knowledge sharing activities in the ergonomic agenda cross the 40 IKEA Industry production units.
Lead the development of our incident reporting process
Communication of Health and Safety reports and support IKEA Industry units with root cause analysis.
Administrate the IKEA Industry sustainability KPI platform
Work in close co-operation with the Global Process leaders for sustainability and together with the global matrix team of local experts support the overall development of health and safety within all IKEA Industry.

Have deep knowledge about leading ergonomic development
Strong experience from project and change management
Capability to lead with clear and inspiring communication
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all levels of both internal stakeholders and external partners
Several years experience from health and safety development in a woodworking industrial environment
Have a good understanding of how to set and work with relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
Experience from working with the platforms Service Now and QlickView

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a full-time temporary position (15 months) located at IKEA Industry AB in Malmö, Sweden. The position requires global travelling.
