Sirdal Skisenter is a family-owned year-round company that operates a ski resort with 8 lifts and 21 slopes, restaurants and a ski school. Throughout the year, we have 24 rooms and a cabin for rent. In the summer, you will find activities for the whole family here, including Høyt & Lavt climbing park, mountain cart and cannoning. With 14 year-round employees and about 60 seasonal workers, Sirdal Skisenter is Norway's 15th largest ski resort.

Sirdal skisenter is located in mighty and beautiful surroundings at the very top of Agder, in southern Norway. Only 1.5 hours from Stavanger, the area is the preferred holiday destination among hikers.


We are looking for lift operators in Sirdal Skisenter on a full time season contract. As a lift operator you are responsable for the operation of the lift. The position includes having the main responsibility for safe and secure operation of the lift through the hole workday. Your day starts and ends with technical routines, as well as making the surrounding area ready for a new day. A bonus with the job as a lift operator is that you get to work surrounded by snow-covered mountains, smiling guests and a hardworking and friendly team of co-workers.

The team is consisting of both full-time employees and season workers, both part time and full time. All of us working around the clock to be able to offer our guests the most beautiful and greatest experience; newly prepared slopes every single day with lifts that will take you to the top off the slopes.

Your tasks:
-Setting up and down the outside area
-Make sure of proper lift operation
-Maintenance of the outside area connected to the lift
-Work as an information channel out to our customers
-Training will be given

We are looking for you who:
-Are willing to learn
-Responsible
-Have good and friendly communication skills in English and preferably in one of the Scandinavian languages
-Are flexible

You must:
-Be over 18 years old
-It is an advantage if you have licence S (snowmobile)
