The IT/IS Department in Jeppesen Gothenburg is looking for a Help Desk Administrator The IT/IS Help Desk Department in Jeppesen Gothenburg supports 350 onsite users and up to 150 remote users via phone or remote desktop.The main tasks for the Help Desk Administrators are first and second level support tasks like Account Management, Troubleshooting Desktop Software- and Hardware issues and Building Windows or Linux Desktops and escalation to the next Tier.A successful candidate needs to have a few years experience in working in a Help Desk- or PC Support department, and a broad knowledge of the common windows operating systems and basic Linux and Macintosh skills.He or she also needs to have a strong customer focus, be fluent in English (our corporate language) and have the ability and willingness to work on call.Clients include world-leading companies like KLM, SAS, British Airways, Singapore Airlines, Delta Airlines, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Deutsche Bahn, DSB, and Green Cargo.Jeppesen has pioneered several new methods and algorithms for solving large, complex optimization problems, and we participate in joint research at some of the world's leading universities.
