We are an IT company based in Stockholm, Sweden that works with scientific, medical, and scholarly research societies and educational institutions around the world. Their members use our interactive iPoster system to create and present their research results. We provide our users with an online help-desk and we are looking for a new team member who can help us provide the fast, friendly, and qualified support that our clients and end-users have come to expect from us.
We are looking for a person who:
Enjoys helping people and providing personal service
Is used to working with computers, both online and off-line
Has worked with computer programs like Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets
Is fluent in both written and spoken English
Likes to work as part of a team
Looks forward to learning new skills

Not required but a plus
Has experience with Content Management Systems
Speaks other languages besides English
Can work weekends or non-standard hours
