We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Heroma Project Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:
On a daily basis, you will do things like:
Requirements from our stakeholders in platform functions, and adapting them for suppliers or Volvo development teams. Sign and support function implementation.
Assure that the necessary functional tests for platform requirements are implemented in the test automation environment, and communicate with the test automation team.
Drive analysis and error handling in platform functions development, manufacturing, or aftermarkets. Support teams that conduct root cause analysis by recreating the problem and detecting errors in logs in rigs and vehicles.
Make changes or customise proposed changes with suppliers.
Before the steering group can approve the project plan, resources in IT, HR, and operations in HoS must be secured and made available for the implementation phase.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
The offered consultant must have at least five (5) years of documented experience as a project manager on larger complex projects in a larger organisation.
The offered consultant must have completed at least two (2) major projects as a project manager where new functionality required the development of new working methods, routines, and manuals, all of which were developed during the project.
The offered consultant must have documented experience with project management using a project model (For example: ProjektIL, XLPM).
The supplier must provide one (1) reference assignment for the offered consultant that is of a similar nature to this call-off request and is no more than three (3) years old as of the end of the tender period.




Other:


The offered consultant should have documented experience as a project manager from previous assignments in any region. The offered consultant should have project management experience in the area PA system (Personnel administration system).
