Hilton Stockholm Slussen, a 5- star business & conference hotel, located in the heart of Stockholm, is now looking for a new Assistant Front Office Manager. As the Assistant Front Office Manager you, together with our Front Office Manager, will be managing and leading a team of more than twenty permanent team members and almost twenty extras. The key areas of responsibility in the role are: * Managing our Executive Lounge (staffing, recruiting & quality) * HHonors Manager, managing our Loyalty program (reporting, enrollment targets & dealing with HHonors guests) * To deliver a consistently high standard of customer service within the department * To monitor results from SALT and implement procedures to enhance results. * Develop team and individual skills and performance to the highest possible level * To maximize all revenue opportunities In order to be successful in your role we believe you should: * Have at least two years experience in leading roll within Front Office or reservations * Have high focus on attention to detail * Be result orientated where you deliver results through your team * Enjoy leading, motivating and develop a team and individuals. * Be fluent in English. You will work shifts both back office and i the front - rotation with days, evenings and weekends. You will report to our Front Office Manager. We will start the recruitment process immediately.
