We are looking for a Junior Planner to be a part of our team.
H&M Assortment is a dynamic international workplace where high pace and rapid changes are a natural part of our day. This is where we design and develop our fashion collections for a wide variety of customers all over the world. H&M Assortment is divided in five Business Units (Womenswear, Menswear, Kids, Divided and Lifestyle Brands including HOME, SPORT and BEAUTY) where we work cross-functional and in diverse teams to secure all important perspectives of the customer. Assortments mission is to create H&Ms best customer offer and experience – making it possible for everyone to look and feel good in a sustainable way.
In this role you will work in close collaboration with Product team as well as in cross functional collaboration with Business units, product support teams and other functions within H&M to secure the best customer offer. You will constantly follow, react and identify new sales opportunities based on selling, customer insight and surrounding analysis, in cooperation with the Product team.
Your main responsibilities will be to assist the Planner with:
Deliver region and channel selling input to the Product team in order to create growth
Support the brand in identify opportunities for growth and act on them
Build and plan a relevant assortment to reach omni profitable growth short and long-term
Build the commercial plan to grow and engage our customer base
Strengthen our total omni experience and enabling seamless customer experiences and relevance
Ensure that the capacity indicator for the channel/region/department is up to date against Production Office
To be successful in this role we see that you have:
A higher degree within business administration, buying or other relevant area
Earlier experience as junior planner or merchandiser is meritorious
A strong salesmanship and see opportunities for growth and profitability
Strong analytical skills and ability turn the analysis to action
Informal leader, influences and coaches team members and leads by example
A passion for fashion and knowledge in what the customer will want and need at a specific time
Experience and knowledge in Excel
Great communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
