Propell Propell H&M is a fast-growing fashion retailer operating close to 2,000 stores in 35 countries.We continue to expand worldwide, and with the current growth trend we expect to double the number of stores within 6-7 years.We will achieve this by growing in both current and new countries, expanding simultaneously in Europe, America and Asia.H&M's Expansion team, of which the Interior Department is a part, is responsible for enabling this growth. The Interior Department is responsible for the designing all H&M stores globally.The goal is to create stores that embody the H&M brand, provide a great customer experience, and are commercially efficient.To achieve this, the Interior Department manages all of the conceptual design, the layout planning and the purchase of store interior articles, for all H&M stores globally.The department consists of 80 team members situated at our head office in Stockholm and small teams in each of our country organizations throughout the world.We are now looking for a candidate to strengthen our team in Stockholm.As a Business driven Controller at the Interior Department you will from day one have a key role.Your work will cover all aspects of the store design process, setting targets and following up that we create fantastic stores in an efficient way.You will often work closely with the interior purchase team, where you are expected to set and follow up targets for costs, lead time and quality, analyze and suggest improvements in the way we work, and support the buyers in discussions and negotiations with global suppliers.You will also be responsible for commercial follow-up, e.g., evaluating the sales performance of our various store designs and gather ideas for further improvements.Further, you are expected to act as a project leader on various initiatives related to improving our store design.You will work in a highly international and demanding environment with daily contacts with our country teams and/or suppliers.
