Location: Cork, Ireland

Online Internet Travel Company is looking for Swedish, Norwegian or Danish speakers. Primarily the position is a sales role. So ideally you should have experience in customer service or in a call center or in sales.
The candidate should have a good personality, enjoy dealing with the public, and work well within a team. You should have knowledge of computers and the internet, and have good administration skills.
Previous experience in sales is desirable although not essential.


KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all calls are promptly and efficiently handled.
Maintain regular contact with Members in an effort to satisfy their holiday requirements.
Identifying key Member holiday 'motivation factors' in an effort to find alternatives.
Sell Exchange and holidays to Members, including as many additional products as possible.
Ensure correct data is entered onto the systems on receipt and to make all bookings accurately to maintain quality standards, eliminate write-offs and member complaints.
Ensure all regulations pertaining to travel products are adhered to.
Ensure all personal targets and objectives are achieved through maximising sales opportunities.

Successful candidates will combine customer service and strong sales skills to assist our members with planning resort vacations, focusing on our travel products and special club promotions on offer.
