What you’ll do

In that sense, we are looking for a person who knows what it means to be there with the guests, not just by the guests, and someone who dares to poke the bear on 5-star service and to be a first mover in new ways of working in a Front of House.
Your responsibilities will be to managing day-to-day operations and being the shift leader responsible for the checklist and delegation of the day's tasks. We aim for maintaining high visibility in our lobbies. You will ensure that the team delivers quality service, standards and exceeding the expectations of the customers on a daily basis, so all will be involved in reaching our goals on guest satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for the building of a conference service model supporting leaders and co-workers in hosting on site conferences, events, kick offs. This will require a new online process as well as manual support from team.
And this is your profile
We are looking for a leader with documented hospitality experience, either from the industry or similar. The ultimate candidate would express a great understanding and sense of “top service management” and possibility to spread that mission in an organisation. If you have done some digitalization projects and implemented new tools, even better! You are fluent in English, and speak (at least) one of the Scandinavian languages. Also you can demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
