Host/hostess for cruise ships passengers/Turnaround assistent

The staff could be assigned to work at Arlanda airport or at Stockholm cruise terminal.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
. Meet & greet passengers (Airport & cruise terminal)
. Check-in/ Verification of documents (Cruise terminal .)
. Support, guide and assist passengers to ensure the smooth running of their transfers (Airport & cruise terminal)
. Support the luggage handling (Airport & cruise terminal)
. Provide excellent customer service & answer to questions



CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Italian or Spanish or French native speaker (or comparable level)
. Previous experience in tourism and/or customer service is highly valued
. Italian or Spanish (native language or comparable) + Italian/ Spanish or French at good communication level. English is necessary and every other language is definitely a plus.
. Highly customer focused, helpful and with excellent personal manners
. Strong communication skills
. Team player
. Flexible
. Positive and with a "can do" attitude
. Attention to details
. Responsible and punctual
. Able to work independently
