Sweden Relocators AB manages a portfolio of short-term rental properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo, on behalf of private landlords. We are now hiring a Housekeeping & Guest Support Assistant to help oversee the administration of bookings, guest communication through the platforms, and on-site property care.
This is a hands-on part-time position ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and has a service-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the admin side of short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo) — including booking calendars, guest messaging, check-in instructions, and review handling


Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay via app-based messaging systems


Prepare the property between guest stays: cleaning, laundry (bed sheets/towels), restocking essentials, and reporting any damages


Be on-call for check-ins and basic guest assistance when needed


Coordinate with our central office and follow routines for property care and documentation

Requirements
Basic app knowledge and ability to use Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar platforms


Good communication skills in English (Swedish and/or other languages are a plus)


Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or rental property support is beneficial


Must live in or near Malmö and be available on short notice


Responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently


A driver's license is a plus but not mandatory
