HR Administrator with Swedish
This position is responsible for direct and indirect contact with the customers of the client and aims to provide superior service in terms of fulfilling transactional activities and optimizing information resolution (contact centre, payroll, recruitment, contracts, personnel administration, etc.).
Furthermore, HR Administrators may be requested to be involved in cross-training for other processes or client, off-cycle transactional activities or continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities:
- Function as a the first point of contact with the customer in the contact centre
- HR administration systems
- Work strictly to agreed upon processes
- Process inbound and outbound emails to customers
- Actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
- Actively participate in the identification of opportunities for process improvements
- Be involved in performing internal controls for quality assurance
- Support and sustain positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Perform ad hoc tasks when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum High School degree - preferably in HR field
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish language
- Good knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of other Nordic language is nice to have
- PC skills (Word, Excel)
- Experience in service delivery
- Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing
- Excellent client handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong displayed problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-Motivated, positive attitude and approach
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibility and tasks
