Mölnlycke Health Care is a world leading manufacturer of single-use surgical and wound care products and services for the professional health care sector.The Wound Care division offers gentle and effective wound healing and provides a range of unique products based on a patented soft silicone technology, Safetac®: e.g.Mepilex® and Mepitel®, together with surgical, absorbent and fixation dressings, e.g.Mepore ®.The assortment also has supplementary portfolios in compression, dermatology and orthopedics, as well as a product for hard-to-heal wounds, Xelma®, extracellular matrix protein.Mölnlycke Health Care started operations as an independent company in 1998 and was acquired from Apax Partners by Investor in January 2007.The company has about 5750 employees and manufacturing plants in Belgium, the Czech Republic, Finland, Malaysia, Thailand and the U.K. HR Advisor Mölnlycke Health Care Our HR Advisor is taking the next step in her career within Mölnlycke Health Care.Therefore our Group Staff Functions is looking to recruit a Human Resources Advisor to the headquarters of Mölnlycke Health Care in Gothenburg. As an HR Advisor you will: .Ensure that local HR related frameworks, tools and methods are where needed developed and implemented and in line with the Corporate HR processes and strongly linked to current and future business needs . Ensure that leadership coaching and training is provided in order to provide all managers and leaders the management of HR issues . Lead the recruitment process and support the succession planning process with focus on internal recruitment and retention of key personnel . Supporting and developing compensation and benefits program to ensure the company remains competitive whilst optimising employee motivation and incentive . Manage defined projects in order to drive continuous improvement in the HR area In this position you will report directly to the Manager of Group HR/Compensation & Benefits. Background & Qualifications You are a person with a degree preferably in HR Management and/or other equivalent.You have at least 3-5 years of experience working in the area of HR and in an international environment.It is a strong advantage if you also have experience managing your own, local projects within HR.You have experience from HR systems.It is also optimal if you are familiar with the SAP system.You are fluent in both oral and written English and important that you have knowledge of Swedish labour rights and Swedish culture.Key elements in your personal profile could include: .
