Through ownership of specific HR administration process and suppliers that administer it, ensure a professional and proactive service to GE businesses as part of HR Operations team in Sweden.

Essential Responsibilities:
. Develop strong working relationship with GE HR community through proactive facilitation and improvement of HR processes, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements and any service issues
. Drive HR expertise for assigned process within existing team of administrators (both local and offshore) through knowledge sharing and training
. Manage service delivery and performance suppliers in relation to the assigned process
. Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement, standardization and productivity within assigned process
. Provide day-to-day operational support for assigned process
. Advise on questions/requests from the HR community concerning the area of expertise in professional, courteous and timely manner
. Consistently follow defined HR processes, challenging steps that may not make sense/add value
. Maintain and increase own level of knowledge in the area of expertise by continuously keeping up to date with internal and external updates and changes
. Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
. Experience within HR or Operations process ownership role in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
. Process mind-set, understanding of core HR operational processes
. Decisiveness, self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
. Experience in driving strong performance from third-party suppliers and remote teams
. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines
. Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics
. Experience in analysing and improving operational processes in a matrix organisation
. Proven ability to work professionally and proactively with a remote client base
. Fluency in local language and English, with polite, professional communication skills
. Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
. Strong IT skills including Excel, Word and Oracle
. Confidentiality and controllership mindset
. Supportive and enthusiastic team player
. EU work
