Candidate Profile
The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR Manager. Main tasks include recruitment activity with primary administrative duties for the HR department. Our aim is to continuously improve our processes and ensure that corporate policies are current.

Our successful candidate is someone who takes an active approach to their responsibilities and genuinely wants to contribute and make a difference. It is important to have an eye for detail and a keen interest in HR.

Job Description
. Participate in the development and delivery of the ongoing HR strategies to ensure compliance with legislation and practice.
.Remain up to date with employment markets, pay and benefits, and other issues that affect the recruitment and staff.
.Manage the employee absence procedure monitoring illness absence levels, maintaining accurate records and managing long term sick leave.
.Ensure that current HR records are maintained and that appropriate documentation, guidance and training is provided, e.g. inductions, exit interviews, etc.

Experience and Skills
Excellent knowledge and experience within recruitments processes and employment law, with several years of experience in an HR environment.
