HR Associate

Draka Kabel is now looking for a HR Associate working in Nässjö and Malmö on a half time basis. You can either live in the Malmö or Nässjö area, and have the flexibility of traveling from one of the two offices depending on where you live. As an HR Associate your will be responsible for HR operational tasks as well as HR administration. You will have the responsibility of coordinating a range of local HR activities, working close to the HR Manager at our site in Nässjö and our HR Controller in Malmö. Among your main duties and responsibilities are:



- HR Administration

- Compensation and benefit administration

- Handling of employment benefits

- Reporting and statistics

- Employer branding activities

- Responsible for job fairs

- Introduction of new employees and interns

- Recruitment administration



The ideal candidate
we are looking for a young professional with about 2-3 years’ experience of an HR administration role. You have a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human resources, and have experience from some of the following areas; HR administration, employment, recruitment, compensation and benefits and employer branding. As a person you have a positive and can do attitude. You are engaged in people, have a flexible and international mind-set, and have a strong sense of responsibility delivering professional HR work. You have an analytical mindset and a good practise of using the MS office applications, especially excel as well as fluent proficiencies both oral and written in the Swedish and English language. Since the company strive for developing their employees internally there will be good future opportunities of working within the Prysmian Group Internationally.
