About the role:
Our European Sales & Service HR organization is looking for a HR Biz Analyst, Junior HRBP who is fast paced, accurate with figures and loves to drive business results through people management. By supporting the execution of our HR priorities and people processes, you will get a deep understanding of how HR can impact business results and a solid knowledge of the Electrolux approach towards people management.
You will be part of a very international team, both from the business and HR side, which is spread all over Europe. The position will be based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we’re quite happy with the look and feel of the office!

Main responsabilities:
• Analyze and create reports on HR Topics, expected to be delivered periodically, with speed and quality (e.g. recruitment, workforce management, performance management, talent review, salary review, employee engagement)
• Review & monitor Sales & Service HR key Metrics (e.g. HR dashboard, headcount analysis)
• Ensure high quality and accuracy of people data for the Sales & Service organization (e.g. organizational charts, people database, reporting templates)
• Support with the implementation and follow-up of HR processes
• Support HR in Sales & Service Europe in execution of the people plan
• Support specific HR projects implementation in Sales & Services Europe
• Support the management of the Sales & Service HR community (e.g. monthly calls, face to face meetings, collaboration tools)

Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree, preferably in business or HRM
-Previous relevant experience as HR Specialist or HRBP/ Business Advisor
-Good knowledge of HR processes, policies and practices
-Ability to work within international and complex environment, ability to multitask
-Speaks fluent English, any other language is a plus
