You will ensure deployment of Global TCS processes with respect to aspects of Employee Life Cycle right from Hiring to Separation, Performance Management and provide opportunities for employees to move the Career Streams. You will take responsibility for Compliance with regards to Organizational, Statutory and Regulatory requirements for the Nordics. Further, ensuring compliance to HR specific laws and regulations, defining strategy for legal compliance, deploying process improvements while taking into consideration Geo specific as well as TCS Global Policies & legal environment. The role has to ensure deployment of employee engagement programs for furthering collaboration amongst employees and CSR initiatives to help the society /community at large with whom TCS has been interacting. In this role, you have to listen to and act & resolve all employee related issues.
The position will conduct Internal Audits and Participate in External Audits as well as enable continued compliance to GDPR by working with Europe DPO on various initiatives for driving digitization and effectively handling data breaches, data subject requests, privacy incidents and will ensure all HR external regulatory frameworks translate into compliance policies. You will be part of the Nordics HR team and report to HR Manager, Nordics. Some travel can be expected as part of the role.
