Job Description summary:
Responsible for a particular Division/location or activity, working with minimal supervision. Will advise line management on Human Resources policy issues and be responsible for undertaking projects relating to the formulation, development and implementation of future policy, but will not determine policy overall. May not report into Human Resources structure in Smaller geography.

We now offer an exciting opportunity to join our HR team located in Södertälje, as Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) for a 12 months fixed term assignment supporting Sweden Operations.

What you will do
As HRBP, you will be supporting one or a few Functions and be part of the implementation of Strategic Workforce initiatives and PULSE actions. You will lead or participate in HR projects together with other individuals in the HR team as well as ensuring excellence in any HR-related process.
You will support different parts of the organisation in driving a performance culture and building employee engagement through leadership excellence liaising with managers and senior leaders. You will work cross functionally and collaborate with other areas of HR to reach solutions and drive continues improvements of our processes with the HR CoE´s and the business.
• Facilitates maximum value creation out of our core people processes in the functions supported
• Understand, monitor and guide managers in core processes delivery of people processes.
• Optimally lead one or more HR processes and Projects in your PET level.
• Supports operational HR administration and services at a local level, driven by internal and external suppliers
• Support relationships with local unions/employee representatives together with local HR or HRD.
• Assures tasks are of the accurate quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards
In order to succeed in this role, you have:
• Academic degree in social sciences, labour law, business or equivalent
• Basic training/experience from transactional HR and/or local labour law(s)
• Interest in growing your business acumen and HR "toolbox"
• Proven experience from planning, communicating and driving processes and projects all the way to the finish line.
• Experience from leading people within production is desirable
You must have strong communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English. You need to have an agile mindset and be a self starter, willing to work independently and as part of a team. Your ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, and your ability to challenge and coach their people- and organization related decisions is essential.
