How will you make an impact
Together with your HR colleagues drive and build a strong and positive culture for our offices in Spain and Sweden. You will contribute by adding value to the overall business objective and ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures always run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

- Create, implement, and evaluate all HR department policies, procedures, and structures.
- Develop, administer, and manage benefit packages including health and life insurance programs.
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Identify and evaluate training needs for teams and line managers.
- Assist with workforce planning, employee survey, and employee development plans.
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate and oversee the company's social media channels related to Employer Branding.


Temporary Assignment

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for our general and technical roles to cover our TA Specialist on parental leave for 12 months.

Your qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a relevant field.
- Proven work experience as an HRBP, HR Specialist, or HR Generalist.
- Experience from systematic work environment work and/or competence development.
- In-depth knowledge of all phases of the recruitment process.
- Independently led projects and/or development within the HR field.
- Solid problem-solving and people management abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical, goal-oriented, and proactive in nature.
- Working proficiency in English.


This position is based in our Stockholm office and may include occasional international travel. This is a full-time position, with a probationary period of 6 months. Starting date as soon as possible.

We are a small HR department comprising of four HR colleagues. Join us during our exciting phase of strategy development for the coming years!
