HR Business Partner

Toyota Material Handling Europe is one of the world's largest suppliers of material handling solutions, both within forklifts and related products and services. The subsidiary Logistics Solutions (TMHLS) which is a central part of the development and innovation part of Toyota Material Handling is located at Frihamnen in Gothenburg. Logistics Solutions develops solutions for warehouse Automation and has 150 employees.

As HR Business Partner at TMHLS your responsibility is to drive and secure top quality and efficiency of all Human Resources fields. Our current HR team consists of HR Manager and HR Business Partner and along with you our main focus is to provide best possible HR-support to enable organizational sustainability and development towards the future. As a complement to our team, we would like to think that you are passionate about Communication and Culture & Values.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide operational HR Business support to assigned department
* Negotiate with trade unions
* Ensure that all relevant HR Policies, Procedures and Guidelines are implemented and followed
* Support managers in recruiting key talents
* Secure resource planning in line with organizational targets
* Follow up on HR Key Indicators such as staff attrition, leave of absence etc.
* Ensure compliance with local law and employee rights as well with the company's code of conduct

YOUR PROFILE

* University degree in Human Resources or related fields
* Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience
* Great ability to work and manage cross functional interfaces
* You have a self-going attitude
* You have a coaching mind-set with ability to support leaders at all levels
* Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong written and spoken English and fluent in Swedish
* You work well in a team and is good at building relationships and trust
