In this position you will be part of Thermo Fisher Scientific's ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD), which develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. With 1,500 employees worldwide, IDD is the global leader in in vitro allergy testing and also the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics.
As the HR business Partner your main responsibility will be to work consultatively with the IDD Management team, offering them strategic support and advice on HR-related issues. You will be joining a constantly growing and changing, global company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish a true strategic partnership with the IDD Management team, which will include conducting weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Continuously work with managers across the business to ensure talent, business strategy and goals are aligned.
- Continuously drive improvements in business performance, organizational design and management process.
- Identify and develop future leaders to ensure sustainability and growth within the company. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Formulate partnerships across HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of our company. You will therefore work closely with HR Center of Excellence, HR Service Center, HR IDD team and other HR teams within Thermo Fisher Scientific.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Personnel, Business or similar is required.
- Minimum 6 years of Human Resources experience, having worked in a strategic HR role.
- Experience of International strategic HRBP partnership in a matrix organization is a requirement.
- You should have a strong strategic understanding and be confident in influencing and driving strategy and business performance.
- We ideally need someone who has worked with organization development and is used to driving change.
- Experience of talent and performance management, including ensuring Human Resources capacity.
- Demonstrated experience of problem solving and analysis.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a must.
