HR Business Partner

We are looking for an HR Business Partner for an international company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP!

Assignment Description:
The client provides specialist competences and shared services within IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and PR & Communications.

The HR function consists of 13 colleagues within Global Mobility, Payroll, HR Digitalization, Recruitment, and HR Business Partner. We all have a diverse scope of work, focusing on providing HR Services to our partner companies within the client, and also internal work to develop and support the HR function.

Due to an increased need of HR Business Partner support, we are now looking for a colleague to strengthen the HR BP function. The scope will be wide and consist of developing processes and policies, operational as well as strategic work, and the focus will be both internal and external towards customers.

The responsibilities will also include:
Work closely with leaders to align HR initiatives and support with the business plan
Drive initiatives in areas such as culture and values, job evaluation and change management
Resource planning and employee onboarding


Prerequisites:
To have the right prerequisites to be successful in this role you have at least a few years’ experience from a broad HR Business Partner role.
You have a relevant academic degree within HR or similar and are used to work in an international environment.
You communicate well in English and Swedish, and you are used to working in an HR system and to use digital tools in your daily work.
You enjoy the versatile work that comes with working in a fairly newly established company and want to contribute to developing our business by being curious, proactive and pragmatic.


This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg, 5 months contract to begin with. Start ASAP!
