Sandvik Coromants's expertise is based on a profound understanding of the realities of business in our industry, and, with strong focus on R&D and new industry trends, we are prepared for the demands of tomorrow's manufacturing. The metalworking industry is facing a challenge when it comes to future competence supply, and a large portion of the people working in manufacturing today will retire within the next ten years. To join us in this work to ensure competence, we are now looking for an HR Business Partner for our Product Management and R&D department. The location for this position is Sandviken.
Key performance areas
As HR Business Partner your main mission is to enhance organizational performance, in alignment with business needs, from an HR perspective. This includes supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to setting the roadmap for the future. You develop our strategies related to career paths and the leadership model to ensure competence in a long-term perspective, and you support managers when implementing change initiatives by offering both expertise and tools. In all your work, you ensure compliance with global policies and take full ownership of the HR delivery model and maintain continual dialogue and close cooperation with HR Services, in order to ensure that the business receives high quality service.
You?ll be part of the management teams for HR, Product Management and R&D. You report directly to Coromant's VP of HR and indirectly to the VP of Product Management and R&D.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree, preferably from HR, or equivalent knowledge gained through solid work experience. You have experience from various HR assignments and a leading HR role in a large organization, including participation in management teams and from a leadership role in support and/or coaching. Experience from global organizations and a leading HR role within a technical field is advantageous, as is experience from supporting change management. You have good skills in English, in both writing and speaking, while skills in Swedish are a plus.
