About the Position

The HR Business Partner is an integral part of Factory Leadership Team and reports to Factory Manager. In this role you have the overall responsibility for the different areas in HR to achieve excellence at the site level. You work with all site functions to develop the local strategy and improvement plans in order to achieve and create a healthy working environment for existing employees, an attractive environment for potential employees, and a holistic development agenda to enhance the wellbeing and workforce.

Examples of key accountabilities:

Participate in business planning and ensure alignment of People agenda delivery with business goals. You establish objectives and shape/deliver HR strategy based on metrics for the attainment of the business strategy and the Unilever global Compass objectives. 
Business partner to senior leaders, managers and teams in business delivery through enhancing their capability to deliver the Compass objectives, manage their people, implement change and build relations with key stakeholders (internal and external). 
 Lead complex change and transformation programs in alignment with business strategy.
Utilize the talent development process and tools delivered by the Expertise Teams in order to provide and develop the diverse talent pipeline for both the short and medium term needs of the company. 
Collaborate with the business for the creation a high-performance culture by implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans. 
As an employee advocate, you play an integral role in organizational success through knowledge about and advocacy of people. Fostering effective methods of goal setting, communication and empowerment through responsibility, builds employee ownership of the organization. You help establish and build the organizational culture and climate.
Use consultation skills to bring HR insight to bear on all people related issues (people, capabilities, organizational, leadership and culture).
Interface with many roles and support areas including Legal, HR Services, HR Operations, HR Expertise Teams, etc. 
Determine training needs and assists in creating & delivering Future of Work plan for talent development.


Our Candidate

You have an academic education in the HR field and several years of experience in a similar role. You have experience from both strategic and operational work within HR. You have good command of English and Swedish both in speech and writing. It is an advantage if you have global experience and experience from manufacturing.

As a person you have the ability to work independent and take ownership to positively influence the end result. You are action-oriented to initiate appropriate resources and tools to ensure delivery on key HR processes. You also have the ability to impact and influence different areas of the organization.
