We are seeking a committed and passionate person who wants to join us in taking the HRBP function into the future. An essential element for our success is that we have a well thought out HR strategy, including a focus on enhancing HR's presence in the line and strengthen our daily operational support to the managers. To align working methods and collaborate over functional boarders with one goal - more value added to the line managers. Your main responsibility will be to provide operational and tactical HR support to managers to ensure that HR operations deliver the talent and performance necessary for achieving business goals.

Main responsibilities

* Support managers and participate in selected management teams
* Execute HR deliverables in line with the respective units People strategy and Business needs
* Part of converting functional People strategy into specific activities and plans that fully support the respective organisations business goals
* Responsible for implementing and communicating HR policies, directives and processes
* Participate in HR Process work or HR Projects cross functionally
* Support managers with Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Planning & career development, Recruitment and sourcing, Rehabilitation, Labour Relations, Organisation development and change activities

Required qualifications

* Bachelor in Behavioural Science or similar
* Experience within the areas of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Labour, Change Management
* Fluent in English, oral and written
* Skilled in Excel and SAP

* Business acumen to engage and effectively communicate with key internal stakeholders
* Ability to work independently, with continuous improvements, in a structured way and set right priorities
