Across the Nordics, Syngenta has sites in both Sweden and Denmark as well as further remote employees based in Norway and Finland. Total employee numbers are around 350 across a broad range of areas such as Sales and Marketing, Research & Development and Production. In your role as HR Business Partner for the Nordics, you will lead the HR Partnering support across all the Nordic countries as well as directly partnering with the management team at the Landskrona site where there are around 170 employees. You will contribute to business plans; develop and execute people plans and ensure the coherent implementation of HR processes. You will also provide change management support and coach managers and leaders in leadership capabilities.

Arbetsuppgifter

This role has a strong operational as well as a strategic focus and requires in-depth understanding of labor regulations, successful track record of implementing Human Resources initiatives as well as leadership and skills development. Previous experience in a Business Partner role, preferably in an international company, is a requirement of the role.

Other accountabilities will be;
- Coach and advise managers on an all aspects of people management, including organizational design, cultural change and people development.
- Lead local employee and union relations and be accountable for HR compliance in line with local regulations and standards.
- Take accountability for the local implementation of HR disciplines such as recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, compensation review, talent management and people development.
- Provide expert, well-reasoned and flexible HR advice and ensure that all people activities and processes are managed in line with the company policy and local regulations.

As HR Business Partner Nordics you will work closely with the business and are expected to provide assistance and support to both managers and employees on all types of HR issues. Furthermore, you will work in close cooperation with HR Services/Operations, HR Expertise and HR Business Partners on an international level. You will report directly to HR Business Partner, North Europe.

Formell kompetens

You have a relevant academic education and 6-8 years of experience of qualified HR work. You should have worked on similar tasks before, preferably in an HR role with international or global focus. Your knowledge of labor law and regulations is solid, which means that you are able to act upon related working tasks in a pro-active, highly qualified and independent level. You are mostly confident in an advising role and are truly motivated by collaboration across boundaries and a role that includes both operational and strategic perspectives.
You are fluent both in Swedish and English and you have a very good knowledge in Microsoft Office and are comfortable in different types of IT systems.
