HR Consultant within the Automotive Industry

About the position
We are looking for you who are a curious, innovative and driven person to join a Commercial Operations team within the Automitve Industry, as responsible for the Learning & Development eco-system.
To be able to stay relevant and provide state-of-the-art learning opportunities in a fast-changing world they will create a modern learning and development eco-system for external partners as well as for their colleagues working inside the Commercial organisation.

As HR Consultant you will be the Learning & Development Lead, with the responsibility of having the experience and power to transform a scatter learning environment to a market leading learning eco-system.
Your main responsibilities are:

• As the master gardener of the eco-system you are expected to grow a learning vision with supporting principles and build a learning portfolio linked to our business strategy.
• You need to plant a future-proof operating model where knowledge freely can flow between business functions and regions.
• To make the learning eco-system come alive we need to build common methods and tools that empowers personalized learning experiences for the retail partners as well as people in the organization.

You are part of the People Experience organisation, but you will collaborate daily with multiple stakeholders in the business.

This is an assignment as consultant during a couple of months, and you will be employed by Adecco. 

Qualifications

• This is a business-critical role and the expectation is high on the organization to be successful in the transition of Learning & Development.
• We think you need a broad experience from developing and implementing Learning & Development operations in large, global and diverse organisations
• You have a deep interest and expertise in the future of digital learning.
