Kvalifikationer
- You have previous experience of working as a Contract Manager or working with managing and maintaining contractual agreements, in a similar role
- You have previous experience of reading and working with complex agreements
- It is a merit if you have experience of working with purchasing and procurement for HR Services
- It is a merit if you have experience in developing processes and structures in the field
- Skilled in usage of Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel, is a merit

Job Description
Our client is one of Europe’s largest producers and retailers of electricity and heat, and now they are looking for a HR Contract Manager to their office in Stockholm!

As HR Contract Manager you are part of the Operational Excellence team. The Operational Excellence team is a staff function for HR Services organization.

The Contract Manager will be leading and coordinating activities to improve the competitiveness of HRS operations in cooperation with relevant stakeholders. The Contract Manager will own the HRS contract master file and be responsible for central coordination and steering of the external suppliers contracted by HR Services.

• Provider/supplier contracts lifecycle management
• Safeguard contract compliance and feed in to the HRS compliance and risk reporting when applicable
• Coordinate tenders (business perspective)
• Secure KPI reporting by suppliers
• Coordinate and feed supplier relevant topics into the yearly business plan process for HRS
• Build and manage a compliant and efficient structure (supplier master file) in which to classify and have overview of suppliers
• Being a partner to the managers within HRS through leading and coaching activities and securing a holistic view and overall value for HR Services.
• Actively contribute to effective and efficient governance structures – both internal and with external providers

Admission and Application
