Overview Nu Creatives client is a dynamic, high-paced interactive agency in the heart of Stockholm. Their clients include brands such as Google, HTC and CNN, and their team enjoys the constant challenge of building cutting-edge interactive experiences for the most demanding and visible clients in the world. The Stockholm office is looking for an energetic, professional and meticulous HR Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to help grow, manage and take care of their team. Your focus will be on recruitment of personnel, assisting management in all HR matters, PR and marketing, creating and maintaining an exceptional office environment, and wide-ranging administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities - Recruitment Ownership of entire recruitment process Proactive research and implementation of new recruitment channels Headhunting Planning and execution of recruitment events, seminars and workshops Assessment of candidates Communicating with/interviewing candidates Preparing and negotiating offers - HR Staff management, including development and documentation Salary administration Benefits/insurance administration Visas, work permits, relocation assistance, mentorship programs On-boarding of new staff, including work station set-ups Corporate housing management - PR/Marketing PR initiatives and research Assist in marketing events Maintaining forums, blogs, social media interaction etc. - Finance Assistance and Administration Invoice administration Receipt management Reporting research and assistance - Office Maintenance Keeping the entire office well-organized and well-equipped Preparing/opening the office for the day Maintaining inventory of all office supplies and equipment Office supplies and equipment Postal mail management - Office Hosting Services Receiving and directing incoming calls Receiving guests and making meeting preparations Managing office atmosphere - Administration/Assistance Bookings/reservations Managing vendors/suppliers, contracts Assisting managers and producers with wide-ranging tasks Research and reporting Additional Considerations: The position requires a high level of individual responsibility, professionalism and proactive drive. You must be able to anticipate and solve problems, see where improvements can be made, and be very service-minded. Your time-management skills are flawless and you are used to handling many different things every day. Communication and a professional, friendly manner is key, as well as impeccable command of the English language, both in writing and in speaking, as our client do speak more English than Swedish in the office due to clients and international staff.
