The Company:

Our client is a major International Software business and they are currently recruiting for a Swedish Speaking HR Generalist to work within their Stockholm office.

The Role:
1. Communicate, interpret and facilitate company policies and procedures to client group members.
2. Facilitate communication within, to, and between client groups when necessary.
3. Consult with employees and management on employee relation's issues, conducts investigations if necessary, and assists in resolution. Ensure that legal requirements are met in terms of employee relations to minimise exposure and liability.
4. Provide client group with guidance, counsel and facilitates action on performance management, promotions, salary planning, position requirements, training requirements and all human resource related activities.
5. Conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews. Compile statistical reports and information.
6. Facilitate the processing of client group's annual Performance Review process, including performance reviews and merit increases.
7. Assist HR team with various projects and assignments.
8. Coordinate event planning for human resources related company events.

Candidate Profile:

Applicant should be a native Swedish speaking HR generalist with 1+ year experience and an HR related Degree


Salary/Additional Information:

SEK 370,000 - SEK 400,000
